Once, I was hospitalised because the receptionist did not share important info about a needed doctor visit and did not prescripe my medication in time. Another time, at the reception I asked if I filled a form correctly, the receptionist said just "yeah". More than a week later and the medication was not prescriped yet. When I went back to the surgery they said the form was not filled in correctly! Yet another time I ordered a medication via email and prescription was delayed. No updates whatsoever despite several reminders via email when I went to surgery I found out the receptionist didn't know how to find the medication!!! Although it was on the list of medications for repeat prescription. She couldn't read??!!

Reception staff amazing, friendly always have time forget me, efficient and understanding.
Doctors and nurses also very understanding, kind and approachable

My family have been with Northwick Surgery for 16 years and highly recommend the practice. Since being led by Dr George Varghese, it has got even better. The receptionists are helpful and efficient. The nurses are all friendly. Dr Varghese is brilliant. Such a professional and dedicated and courteous doctor. The only slight issue, which is common for most GP practices, is that booking appointments can be stressful. As soon as appointment slots open, there is a scrum to book slots, which can be done either online or by phone. I dread to think how elderly patients cope with the system without help from family or friends.

Everything and everybody were great. No complaints...... until the pain kicks in.
