Staff do everything they can to accommodate patients - all go beyond the call of duty. When they were unable to help as appointments were full and I referred myself to 111 as suggested, my case was bounced back to the surgery and they still managed to help me, despite a clear lack of support from the wider network.
Prompt action whenever needed eg all staff.
You get appointments when needed.
