This is the best surgery I’ve ever used! The reception staff are so efficient and helpful and have great customer service, the doctors and nurses are so compassionate and helpful. I really recommend this surgery and feel lucky to be a patient here.

Since we swapped from a surgery in St Ives we have had great service from Moat House; we particularly wish to recommend Dr Scofield and the pharmacy staff. who are wonderful.

You cannot fault this surgery they are trying their best to offer the best service they can within the limits of the NHS. Silly comments about not getting prescriptions are so trivial when you consider the bigger picture. Too few GPS training in the NHS pushing doctors to cover bigger lists of patients. I would highly recommend this practice as I know how bad a practice can be.

THE RECEPTIONIST WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO GET A PRESCRIPTION AND REFUSE TO LET YOU SPEAK TO A DOCTOR, IT IS A DISGRACE
