I had an appointment with a Nurse who was extremely rude to me. I have visited many of the Nurses at this GP practice before and they have always been friendly, informative and great Nurses but this lady was just nasty. She made assumptions about my lifestyle from looking at me, spoke to me in a harsh tone and seemed to be judging me throughout my appointment (she was judging me on issues that I wasn't even there to talk about!) She wouldn't listen to my views or my opinions, she insisted that her way was the only way. I left in tears because of how upsetting she was.
