I had an appointment to give blood. My nurse Tracey made me feel relaxed and well informed. The process was quick and painless. I always feel nervous giving blood but Tracey was extremely pleasant and professional. 5 out of 5 for nursing care.

This is a very well run surgery. All of the staff, receptionists, practice nurses and doctors are extremely pleasant and courteous. Special mention must go to Dr Khan, Dr Hildreth and Dr Siddiqui, who have done all they can to help me with my medical condition. Dr Siddiqui saw me as an emergency when I most needed it and then on another occasion when I was held up and very late for my appointment, agreed to see me after being requested by a very sympathetic receptionist. I feel fortunate to be a patient at this practice.

Cannot fault this surgery, I've without fail always been seen or spoken to one way or another; either at the end of the day, in between other patient appointments where they can or being added to the triage (I've never waiting longer than an hour for a call back). All doctors are personable, professional and beyond helpful.

After a very traumatic experience at my previous surgery, The Moat House were exceptional about transferring my baby across to them and making her an appointment within minutes of me explaining the situation. Sue Johnson was outstanding and incredibly supportive. The Dr was reassuring and quick to respond to an emergency situation. I cannot sing this Surgery's praises enough! Thank you.
