i think most of the receptionist are extremely rude and do not make it very easy to talk to them as they just judge you and make you feel very uncomfortable there is only one or two that are not. the prescription team are also extremely rude and judgemental and they look down at you and talk to u like ur nothing. I would only recommend one doctor as the others do not listen to you and talk at you and not to you. i wish i had not joined this surgery and will be changing very soon. I have never felt that a g.p or its surgery would be so rude and judgemental and not put the health of one of their patients first. the nhs is going down hill very fast.
