Told to ring at 8am everyday for an appointment, called everyday for weeks and told there aren't any first thing in the morning or after 4:30 even though the doctors close at half 6! Not suitable for people who work!

Receptionists are abysmal. Rude and very surly. I waited nearly ten minutes with a young child to check in, only to be told that I could have checked in using online booking. They have a sign on the booking system not to use on line booking for flu jabs, hence I joined the queue. The receptionist saw me with a young child and took a call rather than check me in.

Too hot in reception area. Waiting times sometimes slow.
