This is a very busy practice and some of the doctors do have a few weeks waiting time to get appointment but this is due to them giving each patient the time they need and not always rushing you out i would prefer to wait and know that the doctor is just really busy doing their job properly than go in on time feeling rushed and come out with an unresolved issue or feeling that i didn't understand what was said

i had fantastic care here, they always try and find me appointments as i need them in 28years of being diabetic (11 of them here) juliet turner has been the most fantastic nurse helping me manage as best as possible my diabetic care.

Clean well kept premises, easy automatic booking in system, cheerful, helpful receptionists and nurses and good choice of reading material. However you seldom get much chance of reading any as the appointment system is usually efficient and you are seen within a few minutes of your time. The only less satisfactory factor is the wait for an appointment. However the daily emergency surgery operates if something is truly urgent and home visits are made when necessary without having to make repeated requests. Although I have not seen every Doctor, those I have met are all helpful, take time to give advice or assurance and explain what needs explaining.

I find Meadows surgery always very efficient and always helpful. If they don't have any appointments that day, they do their best to get you the next available appointment. The doctors are fantastic, I do have my regular doctor I like to see but if not possible I know that I'm happy to see any of the other doctors, because I feel comfortable to do so, as all fantastic at their jobs.
