Absolutely brilliant surgery, can’t fault them for a single thing. I have only been with them a year but I have severe and complex health issues and they have been great every single time I’ve seen them.

Attended the surgery today after concern about my health .I was immediately seen by Dr Ali who took time to ascertain my concerns and then explained concisely his actions. After pulse and blood pressure was taken and a physical examination he immediately arranged with the practice nurse Fiona to do an ECG. After a further consultation a further type of blood pressure reading was taken before I was allowed to leave the surgery. I have to return tomorrow for blood tests and was given advice on what to do if certain situations were to arise. The service provided by Dr Ali and Fiona was first class and faultless. A credit to the NHS.

I understand that the lovely GPs are allocated just 10 minutes per patient. For someone undergoing investigations for possibly a new diagnosis, we run out of time to address the affect it has on me in a holistic way eg dealing with pain, mobility and trying desperately with keeping hold of my job.I think the GPs would get better job satsfaction if they were not so pushed for time. Probably due to people complaining about waiting times. I personally am prepared to wait for however long it takes so that GPs can spend the time with their patients. Although i realise a longer appointment would would end up with fewer people being seen. However the practical things are being done to ensure investigations and follow ups are done for i am truly grateful and thank Gp Sue Edwards for her enormous contribution and effort. Thank you!

Went in for a lower back problem and the dr told me he/she had no answers for me . Didnt really feel like he/she cared about the pain i was having . Mentioned that over the counter medication didnt releif the pain . And nothing was to come of it . The worst service ive had . Prevouisly the surgery and drs have been amazing ! And have helped me immensely in the past

I had a fall where I punctured my knee and hurt my left leg. It blew up like a football immediately and the pain was excruciating. I was first admitted to a & e but then all my after care was provided by the nurses at the meadows surgery. They were so understanding as my body went into shock which bought out all sorts of emotions. I had to visit them twice a week to make sure the wound was cleaned, dressed and was healing correctly. Their kindness , empathy and explanations made me feel at ease despite the trauma of the accident. This treatment is currently still ongoing and I could not have asked for better care. I now have to be patient and give myself time to heal.
