The first three questions were not applicable. Telephoning the surgery often involves an unacceptable wait.

Obtaining an appointment. I have become increasingly concerned over the past few months at the growing length of time before being able to arrange even a telephone consultation. Even more alarming is the fact that it is now so difficult to actually see any doctor and have a proper face to face consultation. Surely, the physical appearance of a patient and his/her body language provides vital clues that could easily be missed on the telephone. I realise that the past eighteen months have been difficult and that during the lockdown doctor/patient contact was very restricted, but please could we now have the opportunity to see a doctor face to face again?

All the staff and receptionists are extremely kind and helpful, they go out of their way to help. They are polite always

I was asked by the practice to book a routine blood test, having rung and experienced the exhaustive information and options it then took a total of 27 minutes to make a simple appointment. When as requested, I rang for the results and having experienced the 27minutes prior I give after 15minutes which I feel is a more than reasonable time in life to wait for a response

The team at manor practice always go above and beyond to support me and my daughter and I am really grateful. The GP spent a long time with us today and I felt we made real progress with a very complex issue. I thank you for all your support and kindness
