I was asked by the practice to book a routine blood test, having rung and experienced the exhaustive information and options it then took a total of 27 minutes to make a simple appointment. When as requested, I rang for the results and having experienced the 27minutes prior I give after 15minutes which I feel is a more than reasonable time in life to wait for a response
