Takes at least 30 mins and have waited up to an hr several times get told different things from different reception staff meaning had to phone several times a day several days in a row nearlly impossible to be seen and usually just phone call with different person each time meaning you have to explain medical history and get pills chucked at you often get left feeling uncared for at times don’t bother calling when really should as doesn’t get you anywhere think there will be a lot of illnesses slip through the cracks as a result I have friends at Crowley rd practice that have been able to get face to face appointment al that way through COVID 19 with no problem it is literally like pulling teeth to been seen at Leys health centre you feel you have to beg to get appointments and when I actually did get seen no masks required which seemed mad in doctors surgery and was meds up with doctors appointments and blood tests was dashing up m downstairs as one appointment waited 25 mins which meant was due at next appointment and was only me that even noticed when mentioned it at desk was told wait downstairs for bloods just as sat down doctors appointment flashed on screen had to dash upstairs then when came out had to wait again and blood nurse said where was I staff hadn’t told her mix up so she had assumed I was late when I’m fact I had been there over 30 mins have been with bb let’s doctors over 35 years but is sadly at a point will be leaving
Takes ages to get an appointment (several weeks) and Dr Greer not helpful with mental health issues-dismissive and keeps repeating the same hackneyed advice, regardless or whether or not you already do that. Receptionists told me I couldn't change Dr. Long wait in waiting room aswell-up to an hour.
