The doctor made it easy for me to explain the reason for my visit, even though he did not know me and I have a very long complex history.

The receptionists, especially Kirsty are always lovely.
They are polite, courteous, very helpful, understanding and will always go the extra mile to help with any query or problem.
It would be lovely if there could be a core of a few doctors who were here on a consistent basis, especially when a patient has long standing and complex conditions.

Very friendly and efficient reception staff. The general shortage of doctors has had an adverse impact on the opportunity of making appointments. However the standard of care exhibited by the doctor is exemplary and decisions are discussed after thorough investigation.
