To be improved. Consistency of care. Less than 20 min wait for telephone to be answered at butterous. Phone contact with my surgery reinstated. My prescription being deliver to the chemist via timely way. My blood being monitored by someone who understands liver functions.

It is futile for health care professional to advice regular analgesia for post op care if the system to prescribe and to deliver prescription to the chemist fails.
Not the fault of the staff but the G/P's.
