Getting through on phone lines is virtually impossible, especially if you work. The whole scenario needs more staff - there is enough photos of them on the wall. Hopeless.

There was no one else waiting in the surgery only me. No one in any consultant rooms. My appointment was at 10 am for bloods. I was seen at 10.15 am why! All I could hear was giggling girls in a adjoining room.

I walked in off the street and was attended within fifteen minutes. I was seen by a paramedic and by a nurse. I received medical advice and given the appropriate medical care.
