Yet again a major error with reordering an emergency repeat prescription.
I phoned the surgery,explained why I needed my prescription urgently and was told that it would be sent through straight away to Ilchester chemist and will be ready by 4pm. I waited a further half hour before driving to collect,only to find that no prescription was received. Obviously by this time Ilchester surgery was shut so I had to phone somerton. After being on hold for 15mins I finally had my prescription electronically sent to Ilchester chemist to collect.
The Ilchester surgery is an absolute joke with no patient care given.
Disappointed and angry with how this surgery has gone downhill since being taken over by Symphony.
