Except for a couple of receptionists, most of the reception staff was borderline abusive. Long queues on the telephone to get an appointment or results. The online appointment booking system gives fewer and fewer slots and they are usually far away from the time needed. There used to be some good doctors. The ones remaining are ok but not like some of the past ones. Still, they don't press for specific treatment which was good. Bear in mind I haven't met all of them. One of the HCA was great!

Suggested improvements
Need to sort out administration first. I think this is the main issue.
