The surgery is no good sent to wrong room the doctor was a last year student examination was a farse asked to wait to see aproper doctor what a joke
This sugery started off good but over the last 18 months its has become appauling. 4 weeks I have tried to call for an appointment and by 8.45 they have all gone. Today I was 40 mins late for work because I stood out side the surgery and waited until opening time. By the time I got to reception at 8.35 all gp appointments were gone and only nurse practitioner appointments were left. When I arrived for my appointment the Nurse practitioner had already mentally switched off for friday and had no interest in listening to me. Before I had finished a sentence she had weighed me and measured my hieght only to tell me to go to wieght watchers. This is appauling considering the complaint I had gone there for wasnt even heard. Waste of time. I have the complaints procedure and will be making a formal complaint on monday after I have calmed down. As a NHS staff member with a number of years experience working in gp practices and district nurse teams I refuse to accept the treatment I recieved today.
Completely gone down hill over the past few years. You can never get an appointment when you really need it. You have to tell the receptionist your personal medical problems before they will even consider passing your details into a medical professional who will call you back to triage your problem. Then it's up to them to decide if you get an appointment. Prescriptions are never sorted on time. A complete shambles of a practice. A shame as it was brilliant 10 years ago
My family and I have been with the surgery for many years my children since birth . The care my family has received has always been of the highest standard .
