Advise given by doctors was good and so was the treatment. A certain doctor I met kind of left me unsure and worries, when he launched google.com to advise what the symptoms were regarding. Besides that, keep up the good work.

Last time I phoned for an appointment, I was told I could be helped via 'telephone consultation'. I was assured a doctor would phone me back that day. I didn't hear back from anybody all day and have not ever heard back since.

My mother (97yrs old) had her ears irrigated by Nurse Phoebe. I found her to be a very empathetic human being, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism in the face of a very resistant ear wax scenario and mounting pressures of patient appointments. She was highly competent, resourceful and informative and totally successful in de-waxing both of my mother's ears. This Practice is very lucky to have such a personable and skilled "technician" as a resource.
