My care by Dr Prasad is great. However it is near to impossible to get an appointment at the surgery. If I call the surgery I'm kept waiting for 20minutes when reception answer the phone they say they will find out more information leave me hanging for 10minutes and then someone else comes on and starts from the beginning. I feel reception are not always helpful.

You need a better system in place to book appointments i.e. econsult and answer calls, better way for patients to access appointments. At least a duty doctor list to triage. Unless I already have an appt with the doctor who can then book ahead for me for a review I can't seem to get an appointment with a doctor who actually knows me. Appointment not always available on patient access either.

Very impressed by the extremely kind and helpful staff at this very busy practice when I took my elderly mother for a review yesterday. Gp was patient and understanding. Reception staff and lovely nurse went above and beyond in the service they provided . Pharmacist next door also very thoughtful. Such a positive experience. Thankyou
