I have recently moved to Bracknell but cannot move doctors as The Grove in Egham is the best medical centre I have ever been too. so very professional understanding and very thorough, always able to get a appointment the same day and all the doctors there are exceptional . Thank you

I find the Grove medical centre very professional. I was abnormal results following a private smear test and they were send to this medical centre. The receptionist called me to arrange a follow up appointment. It took the stress away. I was very impressed ! Luckily I never have problems getting an appointment when I need one with my doctor.

The appointment system is very frustrating. If you need to see a doctor urgently you have to phone and phone and phone from 8am onwards and then you have no idea who you are going to see. I used to use the online booking system but my GP is no longer on it. To see him any other way you have to book several months in advance. I preferred the old system when at least you had some choice in who you were going to see.

Over the past 6 months I have needed the services at the Grove very regularly. Dr Kaur has been wonderful. She has helped me through a very difficult time. The reception staff have always been as helpful as possible. They have a very difficult job showing great patience. Many thanks to you all. Keep up the good work.
