The doctor telephoned me at home to discuss the results of m y blood tests. She as open, accessible and understanding. A double appt was booked to allow me to discuss several issues that were troubling me. Reception were kind, caring, polite and helpful as I always find - on the phone and at the surgery. I am aware that its a very busy practice but I never feel rushed or that I'm not seen as an individual. Everyone does their best and they do it really well. The doctor was friendly, gave me time (or a feeling of life). Listened and responded super efficiently to all my health checks - advised a follow up which I booked and offered sensible and helpful options for treatment. I really value these services and initially practice.
