I have spent 45 minutes trying to speak to appointments with no avail, need to book appointment Husband who is displaying symptoms of Pneumonia again, i have had to book him a telephone call back via the portal which is not convenient when you are not allowed your phone visible at work, absolutely shocking surgery, too many patients and not enough Doctors to cope
