I had three appointments on this day; 1) booked by telephone the previous week, and the appointment was helpful and thorough in resolving my concerns. Doctor was friendly and welcoming. 2) was a cryotherapy treatment, booked following 1), for the same day and again was thorough and professional. 3) was a nurse appointment for B12 injection and booked by reception immediately after 1) but only because I enquired about the status of this ongoing care. I had previously telephone and left a message to chase this up 2 weeks ago which seems to have been ignored/mislaid. I had a blood test taken as per the Nurse's instruction, who also informed me that a further injection course would be done, and yet this was not followed up by the team. If I hadn't intervened and pointed out the procedure myself, I do not think this would have been actioned and my results/need for further treatment would have slipped through the system. Admin seems to be a slight hiccup with the surgery, as on other occasions I have had similar problems whereby I have had to chase things and/or spend large amounts of time explaining issues.
