Temperature outside today 7.9.16. Is 26 degree c. My pregnant daughter came to an appointment and waited in waiting room for the standard 20 minutes in sweltering heat actually dripping with sweat. Another waiting patient nearly passing out from the heat asked the male receptionist if there was air conditioning only to be told that it had been turned off because HE was cold. I'm guessing he is neither, ill, old or pregnant but I am guessing he does not give a single care for all the twenty odd patients sweating and fanning themselves in the oven that was the waiting room. My daughter was asked to wait after her appointment but could not bear another moment in the airless room
