The receptionist, a man, don't know his name but he was so rude on the phone it's put me off from ringing if I'm going to get that kind of response when I get a answer I'm not going to want to do so. Every time I ring I never can get an appointment even if I say it's important and majority of the time it's important otherwise I wouldn't call. I have also called them in the past for appointments for my little girl and it's definitely important when I call about a 7 month old baby and can't get appointments it's ridiculous !!!

I have been very impressed by the kind and caring attitude of both medical staff and reception staff. On contacting surgery twice recently I feel that Iwas listened to by empathetic reception staff who was able to help accomodate my needs by arranging telephone consultations for me. This has been particulary helpful method of consultation for me. Each telephone call from two different doctors were informative and helpful. I feel that overall I was given a high standard of care and feel supported. Thank you

My GP greets his patients with a smile and he listens to my questions and concerns and gives helpful advice. On hot days he has his outside door open. Access to a drink of water would be very much appreciated on hot days esp if there is an appointment delay of more than 15 mins or so.

When I saw Dr Justine Lyell today she knew that I needed reassurance and did not hesistate to refer me to the appropriate people. She is kind considerate and an excellent GP. I have only met her twice as she is not my named GP (He was not working the day I phoned) but she has made me feel positive.
