Good service although I cannot always get an appointment. Sometimes the doctors over run but I don't mind as long as they don't Rush my time with them. Overall happy with the practice.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are trying to improve access by using telephone consultations when a Dr has all bookable appointments full for that day and by increasing the number of Nurse Practitioner appointments (Prescribing Nurses that can deal with a significant number of minor illnesses/problems).

The surgery is over stretched. We had to wait almost an hour after our appointment time. The care is good once one can access it but access is difficult. This is a criticism of govt policy. We have no criticism of the Grange practice.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I apologise for the delay in being seen, this is generally due to complex medical problems a large number of our patients have. We are encouraging the reception staff to advise patients of delays such as how many patients before you and/or how late the Dr is running.

It can be quite difficult to get an appointment, unless it is a pre-booked one. Administrative staff are always willing to help whenever they are able - especially if they work for specific GPs; Reception staff who have been there for several years are excellent - the newer members of staff may need to learn a little more about how to speak with patients; Medical staff - GPs, nurses, health care workers and ultra-sound scan personnel are always helpful and friendly.

Thank you for your feedback. Drs have a certain number of pre-bookable appts and the rest are generally kept for on the day appointments. If all the appointments are full on a particular day, you should be offered a telephone consultation with a clinician who will then organise an appointment directly with you for that day if it is required.

To be told that they have thousands of patients on medication and are "far to busy" to sort out a prescription recommend by the consultant they sent me to tells you all you need to know.

If you should need a repeat prescription, the surgery say you need to give 48 hours notice to collect at the surgery or 72 hours if you are collecting from a pharmacy. THIS IS NONSENSE. You should allow at least a week. I tried to collect a prescription from a pharmacy today, 4 days after I had emailed the request to them, only to find it wasn't there. I was told by the pharmacy that I was the third person today who had found their prescription missing from the Grange. I could go on about other bad experiences, but I'm too angry at the moment
