Receptionists need extra training as there is a lack of competence . Telephone consultations result in bad advice wrong diagnosis and costly results. Mistake and mishap one after another. Some doctors are much better than others. Clean surgery, comfortable waiting room , nurses very efficient.

This surgery is a joke they take any attempt to do very little work and assist you the doctors are great once you get passed the receptionists who are a joke bad mannered and unwilling to help anyone
