Usual problem with getting an appointment (long wait) but once seen by Healthcare Professional the service is as good as ever. Very understanding and kind, given my phobia over needles.

Don’t know that anything can be done to ease wait times on the phone or to see someone given the huge pressures on the NHS. Assume this will only get worse as more houses are built in the area and more people need access to the service.
