The doctors are nice. The receptionists can be rude. I appreciate that the get alot of people being rude to them, but I'm not one of those, but have had receptionists be rude to me. Also when having to get medical paperwork sorted the cost kept changing.. When it went from £18, to £30, to £50. It was also. meant to be a week turn around for it and took five weeks. I ended up moving and am at a much better practice.
