Attended the surgery at 8.30am to request an appointment, allocated a ‘triage’ telephone call with Dr Cameron - mowat, who phoned at 10am. Who booked an in person appt at 5 pm the same day. Outstanding professional care. Thank you all.

Everything was slick.

I have been a patient at the surgery for many years and have seen the number of patients increase in volume seemingly without thought on how the surgery would cope. Therefore it is no surprise the length of time it takes to get through on the telephone. I would add that the staff are wonderful and can only admire their patience in dealing with everyone.

It appears the surgery is working beyond its capacity and should be allowed to limit the number of new patience.

I regularly see the nurses, Gill Hampton, Elizabeth Kane and Carole Cheam and must say how wonderful these ladies are. Always really helpful and considerate and seem to go out of their way to help you. The same can also be said about the ladies at reception.

This is a good practice, however due to the high numbers of people attending now it is VERY difficult to get an appointment. However I do realise that this is a national problem, and the staff always do their best to be as helpful as they can
