I used the online service Ask My GP regarding a condition that I was concerned about. The GP phoned me back the same day and gave me an appointment the same day. I was very impressed with the speed of her response and also the professionalism and care which she showed to me. The GP referred me for tests the same day and gained a hospital appointment within a week . Many thanks to the GP and surgery and happily my health issue has been resolved .

This surgery is always amazing at responding to Ask my GP requests and almost always gives same day appointments if necessary. The doctors have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to help me or my family members and I cannot re I’m end highly enough the care I have received over the past twenty five years or so at this practice.

Always easy to make contact. Reception staff extremely helpful - I watched them deal so kindly and helpfully with a patient who was struggling to cope with making her appointment. Medical staff are experienced and deal appropriately and promptly with issues. Highly recommend this practice.

The ask my GP app does not work properly it’s incredibly frustrating!. I’m trying to get a repeat prescription but the drugs I take are not all listed. Trying to get through on the phone is a joke! I am now refusing to even try ask my Gp it’s too difficult and frustrating. My booster jab is not shown anywhere either despite my being told it would be. It’s a mess!

Answer the phone! Not tell me I’m 6 in the queue.
