Opening times to see the nurse or a doctor are inadequate. No early mornings, no late evenings and no Saturdays. How are working people supposed to get access to treatment? This service need to change fast its totally outdated. Loads of people, myself included, work freelance and don't get paid if we don't show up for work. First I need to take time off to register with the nurse and then take another day off to see the doctor so he can give me a referral to the hospital, its ridiculous.
