Excellent customer service by all the two ladies in reception (Donna and Jackie).
Explained things clearly and were really helpful. They both went over and above their duties to hep me.

Shocking amount of waiting time.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment but waited 65 minutes even though it said 11 minutes delay on arrival.
The doctor is professional and attentive but a 55 minutes delay needs addressing.

Getting appointments is just plain crazy here, you have to be almost dead.
Today, currently I am waiting 45 minutes past my due time and I am still not in!
