Good care of late except:
Question 6 - last October I had to phone surgery for appointment for my wife. Started phoning 8.30 am.
Finally got through at 9.07. Few days later the same happened again.
This time it was nearly 30 minutes. More phone lines/receptionist need to be available at busy times i.e early mornings.

Excellent customer service by all the two ladies in reception (Donna and Jackie).
Explained things clearly and were really helpful. They both went over and above their duties to hep me.

My GP had time for me and listened and responded in a caring manner.

Shocking amount of waiting time.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment but waited 65 minutes even though it said 11 minutes delay on arrival.
The doctor is professional and attentive but a 55 minutes delay needs addressing.
