Generally a good practice, but it can often be difficult to get an appointment.

I have visited Dr Gandham on 3 occasions and I have found a doctor that is like a breath of fresh air! She makes me feel relaxed and comfortable when I enter her surgery. She offers and discusses options available to me and although the workload within Doctors Surgeries is high she always manages her time to allow her to give quality care. When I left the surgery after my recent visit I thought to myself that it reminded of the past when you had a family doctor.

They always seem to be able to fit me in for an appointment reasonably quickly, either in person or a phone appointment. Waiting times aren't too bad.

The only issue this practice has is urgent appointments. You don't ask for one of these unless you really need one, and are feeling very, very ill (well I don't anyway). Having to argue with the receptionist and stand your ground, in reception in order to get one, when you are genuinely feeling that bad, is not helpful.

All the doctors nurses and receptionists are lovely at this practice. The only downside is the length of time it can take to book an on the day apt. You can phone from 8.30am but it will be 9am before you can get through and by then all the apts have gone for the day. Saying that they will then book an apt for 48 hours ahead.
