The reception staff were very helpful, really kind and caring, I was mainly dealing with Brenda who went above and beyond to help me, I came into contact with a couple of the other receptionists who seemed very friendly and approachable, but Brenda was one of the most helpful people I have come across by far. 10/10

The surgery, Heather in particular, was very helpful recently sorting out a medication issue. My Mother had come to stay, from Leicestershire, and had forgotten her Warfarin. It was after 6pm when she realised. I spoke to Heather, and she was very efficient in sorting out the matter - registering Mum as a temporary patient, and getting a new prescription issued, all in the space of about 25 minutes. Thank you for great service.

I got a same day appointment by waiting from 7.45 in the waiting room as when I had tried by phone all that days appointments had gone. however, having requested a female Dr for a very personal matter I was very impressed with the way Dr Knight dealt with my problem. She was thorough, and put me at ease. I was never made to feel rushed. she explained every step of the examination and spent time explaining the referral and treatment she thinks I need. her manner was both friendly and reassuring. I was most impressed with my treatment today.

The biggest problem with this doctors is how difficult it is to get an appointment. The phoning at 8.30am (along with 35,000 other patients) to try and get through is totally soul destroying. When you do eventually get through you are inevitably told that all appointments for that day have gone! I keep saying I will transfer to another surgery but have been with them a long time. That aside, the doctors are great and I cannot fault them (particularly Dr Richards who is the most genuine doctor there!)
