Simply impossible to get an appoinment. Simply impossible for the staff to manage so many patients. It has taken me 4 days to get an appointment ,with numerous amounts of time and effort to even get through. On the day appointments you are only allowed to talk about 1 problem at a time, so have to rebook several if you have a few things to discuss.. They do not book a "normal" appointments to see a doctor in more detail

Book Online appointment spaces - this worked well sort the non emergency appointments again, its ridiculous that you are unable to talk to a doctor about more than 1 thing without being chastised for it.

Disrespectful comment made by receptionist. I was 1st in the cue on the phone but due to telephone system fault I've been kick out. 1 minutes later no space available

Everything. Cottons Medical is a shame to local community. Disrespectful and arrogant treating patients.

Everything was really good the only thing I could fault was making the appointments over the phone, It took between 28 minutes and 72 minutes for the call to be answered (music very annoying) Apart from this reception handled things well and the nurses were excellent

Just answering the phone quicker, but how I don’t know!!

Always helpful and go above and beyond. Really think you deserve to be appreciated more. Nurse Sandra is fantastic.

Maybe open up more appointments.
