I am so impressed with this surgery under the direction of Dr Fragoyannis and Dr Sukamaran. This is a busy, popular surgery but everyone, from the receptionists to the nurses and Doctors take the time to provide fantastic levels of healthcare. Occasionally I have to wait some time for a non-urgent appointment (which I'm always happy to do as the care I know I'll receive when I do meet them will be first-class and it's a reflection of how good they are) but whenever there has been an emergency involving me or my family they have ensured I have not suffered and worked really hard to find me an emergency appointment / late booking as soon as possible. Every time. Without exception everyone is friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you!

Some Receptionists do not introduce themselves and state who they are if you are called, their manner can be abrupt and they do not appear approachable. There is a lack of respect and disregard shown by some administration staff to patients using the service. Considering the good service given by the GP, this element lets it down.

Dr Alex Fragoyannis is an incredible doctor who really cares about his patients. I always feel like I'm in good hands when I see him.

When l was transferred from the argyle surgery in 2011- I was worried about rebuilding relationships with my new go. Five years later l can say l am please with the care l have received from Dr Marian Donnogan, DR Susruman and Alex Frayoganis-- exceptional. I am understood and all three know the need of my family and especially my children. They are so empathetic especially since on have two children on the autistic spectrum who can get overwhelmed by strangers. Receptionist as well as helpful and they book appointments as soon as they can because my son is non- verbal l never can tell how bad a fever is or how sick he really is but at Corfton road surgery l am cared. There are other doctors l have seen but l don't remember their names because they are new. But the above three know my family so well and care deeply about health and emotional wellbeing. No tick box exercise- genuine empathy
