I really struggle everytime I need to talk on the phone to the girls at the reception. One of them particularly is very rude (I think her name is Adelina) and has no good manners, nor patience to listen to what I need. Also when I have called them to know the results of my tests they do not want to say more information and everytime I want to book an appointment after my results they always question if that is necessary. I always have to tell them my doctor said to me to book an appointment.
