Overall terrible treatment of elderly patients trying access health care that they have paid all the working life for.
Face to face appointments
Gp s to actually examine the patients
Prescribe the medication requested from a&e doctors
Stop gibbing people off
Stop taking the pay if you don’t want to do the work
The doctors are good, though let down by the reception team, have been with the practice for some time but now looking to change. Helen is helpful, however, the one with short short hair and glasses is so rude on countless of occasion, one time didn’t even answer my question just said “ yeah okay” and shut the phone - obviously wasn’t listening. Interrupts and sounds sooooo miserable, why work there if you seem fed up the minute you pick up the call. It’s a shame now one person has led me to my decision. I don’t like calling the practice incase she picks up, when you have a concern the last thing you want is to speak to someone who seems draining, uninterested, fed up and rude.
Get staff that actually care about the person calling, and seem like they want to do their best to help.
I have been with this practice for 29 years and highly recommend it.
The doctors work so hard for us and are very caring.
Dr. OMara my GP is brilliant and so cares about her patients.
Careless and incompetent doctors. Very difficult to get an appointment. Receptionists quite efficient though not very friendly and smiley.
the new decor is great but the carpet gives me headaches
