I rang the surgery and spoke to Lauren about I problem I would have had if I hadn’t spoken with her I have nothing but praise for how she handled my problem. I asked if she could help me and was told to ring back. I did ring back to make an appointment but was told it had all been sorted out. Big Thanks to the staff for how I was dealt with. I have been with the Coatham Surgery for almost 30 years and have always found the doctors, nurses and reception staff to be helpful, courteous and polite at all times. Everything has been explained to me if necessary. The doctors are first class, as in my opinion are the Practice Nurses, who have helped me in the past. First port of call is important when ringing the surgery and I have always found reception staff helpful and polite. I would not hesitate in recommending this surgery to a friend. Every surgery in the country has problems as so many people are now in the area. I think that now another GP has joined the practice this should help greatly with appointments. Good Luck in the future to Coatham Surgery.

I have seen several doctors at this practice and all have shown a very professional approach to helping me. One, who I saw only once, suggested follow-up treatment on a minor complaint; which discovered a more serious problem that I would not have been aware of, that is now being treated.
