Take a good care about the patients. GP staff are very helpful I prefer Dr Wijith Wijeratne for any treatment because the way he treats is excellent.

I haven't been for a few years - simply because I haven't been ill. On advising them of a change of address they told me that I wasn't on their list - seems they have wiped me off without telling me. I found another health centre nearer to where I live. I need a COVID vaccination so goodness knows how that will be arranged as I was waiting to hear from them.

Like all primary care services this surgery is heavily over subscribed.. the Drs are usually rushed and do not have enough time to talk to the patient . Receptionist are the most unhelpful and grumpy.. they are talking to you as if they are doing a favour. Not warm at all.. makes you think - how horrible their job is... not recommend at all .

I have been a patient with The Circle Practice for over 20 years, and have always been very impressed with the care and attention all staff have given to me and my family. All the staff there is very friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in trying to help you. We are really lucky to have such a caring medical Practice. As the Practice has grown with presumably many more patients,, owing to it's excellent reputation, it has increasingly been harder to get appointments at short notice, but there is now a useful walk-in centre on the premises so we can go there now if needed. Here is my personal appreciation of the staff: Since being diagnosed with Diabetes last year, Dr Landi has looked after me and my condition exceptionally well; she is genuinely interested in me as her patient, and is such a kind and genuine person herself who takes the time to care. She has given me excellent help, advice and referrals to other medical professionals when needed. She lets me be totally involved in my care, giving me the time to ask numerous questions to understand, and then to discuss, my condition. Thank you Dr Landi! I would also like to thank Dr Tam, Dr Adler, Dr Sharma, the Nurses, Dieticians, Diabetologists, Podiatrists and Blood Test Technicians at The Circle Practice for all their kindness, care and attention given to me. They, with Dr Landi, have all been instrumental in helping me with my ability to function effectively with Diabetes, to think about the effects of my condition, eating more healthily and losing weight to help me get better. With their unstinting help, and my determination, I am pleased to say that I am now at completely normal levels, I am not having to inject Insulin anymore, and am starting to wean off the tablets! Yes, it can be done with great medical professionals behind you! What a fabulous medical team they all are at The Circle Practice, ably assisted by the helpful Administrators behind the scenes and the lovely Receptionists, who make you feel like a person, not a number! Thank you to you all for your excellent care and attention over the years! Keep up the great work!
