Receptionists rude, see you waiting turn around and carry on talking about weekend plans. Prescription was missed one very rude receptionist told me it wasn't her problem and carried on with What she was doing. Waiting area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks massive cobwebs on celling. No longer walk in, have to phone for appointment from 8.30 never get through. When you do no appointments gone rapidly down hill.
