The receptionists are rude and unreasonable lve been in this doctors since l was born and no body is helping me with my health lam thinking about moving doctors it's a terrible practice

I am not really happy been having problems with my back for months had various painkillers not working l started bleeding so they gave me antibiotics went to see a doctoe today the age of my daughter was told the antibiotics should make everything better a load of rubbish so phoned up because l wasnt happy to get a rude nurse not goid

Could have been given something to stop bleeding and another set of painkillers for my back but instead was treated like a nuisance

You need to wait for a min of 3 weeks to get an appointment and it will only last for 10 min. You cannot book a second one online, you need to call reception for that. Staff at reception are extremely helpful and friendly. The doctor I have seen was very good, listened and was very knowledgeable; liked her a lot.

Had a bp monitor fitted 24 hrs.told I would Get an appointment to dicuss results when I handed it in .No appointment available till after festive season. What was the point of the monitor .very disappointed with this practice.
