Again having rang 59 times since 8 am and still no answer I have been at this surgery since birth and am now forced to seriously look at moving to a more accessable surgery I really really can't believe how much this surgery has gone downhill especially after recieving a letter explaining how much of a bad service the new owners had inherited and how they were going to improve it they should be on stage with jokes like that it's worse now than it has ever been Ironically the complaints form on their website has temporarily been suspended quite conveniently
