Needed an appointment earliest 17th March (this report written 3 March). Told if this no good (and it wasn't) to do a phone up appt on the morning. This means taking the day off as I work in London. Attitude of the receptionist was appalling, even telling me to 'be quiet' when she was doing something on the computer. Pharmacy - staff are excellent but this isn't under the control of the surgery, so I'm not surprised.
