I was unwell December 22/23, called surgery for appointment/advise. Within 4 hours I was seen by Lesley who thoroughly checked me over and prescribed antibiotics. When I had a reaction/scarlet fever I contacted surgery again and had a callback from Adele who reassured me and I had an updated prescription within an hour. I have been supported by all staff and thank them for my recovery and keeping me safe. I now have a follow up appointment in a week to discuss moving forward. What more could I ask for as a patient of this doctor’s surgery.

As a new patient Dec 2021 I had no induction or introduction to the Surgery I later presented with classic Heart failure and asked to see a Dr. After two phone calls from practice nurses and two blood tests I heard no more. Again asked to see a Dr Finally went to a private Cardiologist who in a final update to the Surgery requested blood tests. A month later now, and again I have heard no more It seems an impossibility to get to see a GP The prescription path however was very good

This is an excellent surgery. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I was seen on the day without delay. I had consultations with a nurse practitioner and Dr Supple. They provide a very approachable style of patient interaction which makes you feel welcome and valued. I cannot speak high enough about my patient experience.

Having to call for a doctor… first time in many years I was faced with a receptionist who felt the need to diagnose me . Again a week later I phoned had to take a picture of my complaint got a appointment with a nurse !! Don’t get me wrong they do a good job in normal circumstances she diagnosed… wrongly . 4 days later I sit in A and E for four hours . My only option as can’t see a doctor in this practice.. Outcome was complete opposite to what they said . Where are the doctors. My husband asked if he could speak on the telephone… a week on Thursday was the response. Outrageous. Step it up
