The receptionists at The Crown Medical centre are very helpful especially Kathy. She was absolutely brilliant! Very professional, very helpful and a real pleasure to talk to. She is an asset to the surgery.

I just want to recognise the nurses at the practice. I have seen Anne and Rosie. Over a number of years I have seen these ladies for an injection for my anaemia every 12 weeks, my asthma check and when I was pre diabectic.
They are always very professional and really care about you. Well done ladies.

I love the online booking system where you can see straight away what is available.for all GP-'s The fact that on the day appointments are released at 8am means you do not need to go and queue. Reception staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The whole practice team are great. I would reccomend tbis surgery.
