I completed a form online for a repeat prescription and I had a reply within the hour informing me this had been done and was at reception for me. Excellent service 5 ⭐️
Thank you so much for your feedback. I'm happy to hear that your prescription was sorted out so quickly.
Staff are always polite and helpful. It has become easier to get an appointment now that they have an on line booking system, however if you need to call you do not always get an answer.
The new..ish surgery offers much better facilities than the old building although for some of us it is a bit out of the way now and a longer walk.
Thank you for your review. I'm glad to hear that things are improving, but sorry that you've struggled to get through on the telephone. It's something we're constantly trying to improve
I saw Dr Kivan Chandan today for plantar fasciitis, having been seen weeks before for this condition I was advised of ibrufen 3 times a day and excercises given and information on condition. Also told if symptoms persist to come back and have steroid injection on affected area . Went back with excruciating pain still in my heel. I was petrified of the thought of steriod injection into my heel. Dr chandan was fabulous and quickly put me at ease . I had the procedure done there and then and I thought it would hurt but surprisingly it didn’t! . I would recommend that if you suffer from this condition. Don’t be afraid or put off by an injection. Dr was very calm and it was done quickly and efficiently. Over in seconds . I’m very pleased with the outcome so abit of tenderness obviously but I can already feel relief from this . Great outcome! Thank you Dr chandan :)
Thank you so much for your feedback which I'm sure will be useful to other patients with similar conditions. I shall pass your comments onto Dr Chandan too.
Regarding my marks for Receptionists. I would have awarded 5 Stars. However due to one occasion in recent months I have to make a point. During a telephone conversation concerning an urgent request for medicine following discharge from Hospital following a Heart attack I asked for help and was brought to tears due to my stressed condition by the response from the prescription clerk. Fortunately it was resolved by my wife's intervention with another member of staff. I am very disappointed to have to raise this. I did not complain at the time.
I'm so sorry for your recent experience. I'm glad that another member of staff managed to sort the matter out but should you wish me to investigate under our complaints process please contact me (Katie Mitchell, Practice Manager) directly. Thank you for leaving feedback.
The staff, doctors and nurses are always very pleasant and helpful. The doctor always explains what treatment is necessary and why. There is often a follow-up phone call from the Doctor.
Thank you for your feedback
